I have a ticket for littering are my cig out the window when I was pulled over for speeding?
It was my first time getting pulled over and I was nervous. in the process of getting my license I put my cig out the window. The policeman then asked if my car had an ashtray (which he does not) and I said no I> drive a Chrysler PT Cruiser. I use a smokeless ashtray Cup. He told me that if I DID NOT pick it up he would write Me a ticket. So i picked him up and he wrote me a ticket .. Is there anyway I can get out of a littering ticket?
You have two options: 1) pay the fine and learn to stifle your smoking before you give the next two cop your license, or) contest the ticket and tell your story to the judge and hope he or she buys it. should look Oh, stop, and you are not the problem ever again!
